yourpdfeditor is run by a small team. We do not have a chat widget, support hotline, or ticket queue — just a shared mailbox that we read every day. Email is the best way to reach us.

Before emailing, it is worth skimming the blog — many common questions are covered there in detail (especially the privacy and signing articles).
Privacy questions
Questions about how the site handles data, advertising cookies, GDPR requests, or anything specifically related to our privacy policy:
We answer privacy emails personally. Note that because the tools never receive your PDFs, we cannot delete a document from our systems — we never had a copy to begin with.
Bug reports
If a tool behaved unexpectedly, please include in your email:
- The tool you were using (merge, split, sign, edit, organize).
- Your browser and version (Chrome 132, Firefox 134, Safari 17, etc.).
- Operating system (Windows 11, macOS 14, iOS 17, Android 15, etc.).
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Any error messages shown on screen or in the browser console.
Please do not attach the PDF that caused the problem unless we explicitly ask for it. Even then, send something redacted or a synthetic file that reproduces the issue. The whole point of the project is that we do not handle your real documents.

Feature requests
We are interested in hearing what you wish the tools did. We try to keep yourpdfeditor focused (privacy-first, browser-only, no account), so not every request fits — but every request is read.
Send feature requests to hello@yourpdfeditor.comwith a one-paragraph description of the use case. Use cases beat feature names: telling us “I'm trying to do X for Y reason” is more useful than “add a Z button.”

Response times
We aim to respond to all email within two business days. Privacy and security questions get priority and are usually answered the same day. We're based in Australia, so replies may land overnight relative to North America and Europe.
